WHO IS GEORGE?
George Lazaris (they/them) is a Melbourne-based theatre director, dramaturg and playwright, a graduate of VCA Masters of Directing for Performance who has worked across plays, musicals, opera and cabaret. They have strong interest in cultural and queer storytelling, making work which grasps back stories appropriated by patriarchal systems.
